This 1955 Studebaker Commander is for sale for $4,650 in Creswell, North Carolina. It has 80,000 miles with a Clear title and is Red/White with a Red/White interior.
this is a 1955 Studebaker Commander 5 window coupe. this is a solid car that had no rust except for around the vents on the front fenders. The rest of the car is rust free and solid. There is very little body filler in this car. This is a nebraska car that was painted and restored almost 20 years ago. It has been underneath a storage shed since it was painted. I recently pulled it out of the shed and washed it and is sitting in the yard right now. The paint is in good condition but is showing some age. Chrome is in decent shape and interior has partially been redone. It still needs carpet and there is no carpet or pad in the trunck. I think it has a studebaker 259 motor. I have not checked the numbers to confirm this. It could be a 289. The car has not been started for at least 10 years. I did put a battery on it and it cranked over but will need new points at least to get it started. The car will need some sprucing up but could be a great driver or could be redone to make it something really special. All the body panels are solid and this could be a really good car for someone with just a little fixing up. Clear title. For Sale locally so may sell sooner than auction is finished.

I found these other images in another folder on my computer so you can see the right side of the car and more of the interior. On the interior images it is dirt in the floor and not rust just in case the images are not clear enough.
